Only one slow lift poses a significant inconvenience, especially during busy hours. Several rooms appear to have outdated interiors, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with reports of sticky surfaces and hair found in towels. Noise levels can be intrusive at night, disrupting the overall comfort.

I had a wonderful experience at Paradise Saigon Boutique Hotel & Spa. The fantastic view of Saigon by night was breathtaking, and the staff provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

I encountered a few maintenance issues.

The hotel's location made it easy for my family to walk to many of the popular sights in Ho Chi Minh City, and we enjoyed great breakfast selections. The rooftop bar was a hit with the kids, especially watching the sunset over the city.

My wife says that the pool could use more seating for families.
